Delete your Keepie account
Here is how to delete your account and its data. Pets that live on your phone stay there until you delete them or the app.

Deleted
- Your account and email
- Backups and synced records
- Care Team memberships and invites
- Notification tokens
Kept for a limited time
- Purchase records held by Apple and Google
- Security logs for 7 days
- Anonymous counts that cannot identify you
We finish deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Pets you shared: members lose access. Pets you joined: your access ends, the owner keeps theirs.
