The free period
Honest from the first tap

You start in the app
The store tells you the free period, the price after it and the date. We repeat them before you confirm.

Two days before the end, we remind you
A notification says when the period ends and that you can cancel in the store settings.

Cancel any time, in two taps
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions.
A week of Premium, no card
Invite a friend. When they finish their first task, you both get a week. Nothing to cancel.

About Premium
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Daily care and your records stay on your phone. Premium extras such as the full Vet Pack pause.
Can I share Premium with my family?
Premium belongs to the account that bought it. Family can join your pet’s Care Team for free.
How do I cancel?
In your store settings. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Keepie never cancels for you and never hides the way.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow their rules. Ask the store, or write to us and we will point you the right way.
