A copy is stored for you, in EU (Ireland), so you can move to a new phone or use a second one. Backup and sync are free. Documents you add to Health stay on the phone and are not part of the backup.

What their role allows. Health notes stay private to owners unless the owner shares the Care Card.

Only the summary you share, through a link: the summary is open for 4 hours and notes can arrive for 72 hours. You can end the link at any time. The vet needs no account.

No. Health details are never used for ads. The free app may show a few small banners in two places, never on care or health screens. Premium removes them.

Data travels between your phone and our servers over an encrypted connection (TLS). How stored data is protected is described in the privacy policy.

No. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for 7 days.

In the app: You, then Delete account. Or request deletion on the website with a code sent to your email. We finish within 30 days.

When your vet sends notes, the push message says only that notes arrived for your pet. You read them inside Keepie.
