A pet’s summary, from a link

İngilizce

When an owner shows you a Keepie QR, you read a one-page summary in your browser. No app, no account. If you want, you can send the owner notes.

See what the summary shows

What you see

One page, what the owner recorded

  • Vaccinations and current medicines, with doses and next due dates
  • Recent weights, with a small trend chart
  • Allergies, conditions, a care warning and the owner’s vet, as the owner entered them. “Not recorded” and “none known” are shown differently
  • Recent visits, the reason for this visit and the owner’s questions
  • With the full Vet Pack: a longer history, what changed since the last visit, and the owner’s observations with how many days were logged, so a gap is not mistaken for “nothing happened”
The web page a vet opens from the link: Milo’s summary, a care warning, the reason for the visit and a timer showing the link is still open.

How it works

Three steps, nothing to install

  1. 1

The owner shows a QR or sends a link

At the desk or before the visit.

  2. 2

    You read the summary

It stays open for 4 hours.

  3. 3

You can send notes for 72 hours

The owner reviews them and chooses what to keep.

The Share with your vet sheet in Keepie with Show QR and Share link buttons and an active link opened 2 times.

Notes: what happens to them

Notes go to the owner’s Doctor notes. Nothing is added to the pet’s records until the owner reviews it. The push message says only that notes arrived, never what they say. Until you send a note, the draft stays in your browser.

Keepie Health tab with a card that says your vet can write back, a Share now button and two new doctor notes.

Privacy for you

The summary page uses no cookies and no tracking. The link works only for a limited time, and the owner can end it at any time. You do not sign up or enter anything to read the summary.

For clinics

Keepie is made for pet owners. Clinics do not need to sign up or change how they work. If you have a question about how a summary is built, write to support.

Keepie records what the owner enters. It does not diagnose and does not replace your judgement.

Questions from vets

Do I need an account?

No. You open the link in any browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

How long is the summary open?

4 hours from when the owner creates the link. The owner can end it earlier or make a new one.

Can I print it?

Yes. Use your browser’s Print. The page is laid out for paper, and most browsers can save it as a PDF.

Who can see my notes?

The owner who shared the link reviews them first. What the owner keeps becomes part of the pet’s health records, which only the pet’s owners can see.

What if the link has ended?

Ask the owner for a new one.

Are you the owner?

Keep vaccinations, weight and medicine in Keepie, then share the summary when you need it.
