01Using Keepie

Keepie helps you plan and record your pet’s care. These terms are between you and Kyrylo Chernov, sole proprietor (FOP), вул. Біблика, 23, кв. 1, 61000 Харків, Україна (Biblyka St, 23, apt. 1, 61000 Kharkiv, Ukraine). You are responsible for your pet’s care and for what you enter. Use Keepie lawfully and do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer it, or to reach data that is not yours.

02Not medical advice

Keepie does not give medical advice and does not replace a veterinarian. Summaries and the Vet Pack are your own records, not a vet record. In an emergency, contact your vet or a local emergency clinic.

If your pet is unwell, call your vet. Do not wait for a reminder.

03Accounts

You do not need an account to use Keepie on your phone. An account lets you back up and share. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used them. One person, one account.

04Premium, subscriptions and the free week

Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price, the length of any free period and how to cancel. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your store settings. Payment, renewal and refunds follow the store’s terms; Keepie never sees your card.

Share a week is a separate gift from Keepie: no payment, no card, and it ends on its own on the date shown in the app. It is not a store trial. Each friend gets one week after finishing a first task within 14 days, you can earn up to four weeks this way, and we may limit, hold or withdraw a gift to prevent abuse or when a store requires it.

When Premium or a gift ends, your pets and records stay on your phone. Premium extras such as the full Vet Pack pause until you subscribe again.

05Care Team and shared data

When you invite someone, you decide what they can see and do. You can end their access at any time. Health details are visible only to the roles you choose. If you join someone else’s Care Team, the owner decides your access and can end it.

When you share a Vet Pack link, anyone who has the link can read the summary until it expires or you revoke it. Share it only with people you trust.

06Your content

Your pets, notes and photos are yours. You give us the right to store and show them only as needed to run Keepie for you and the people you choose. Do not enter content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

07Ending access

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the website. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or harms others, and we will tell you why where we can.

08Liability and law

Keepie is provided as is, without a promise that it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for decisions you make about your pet’s health. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

09Changes

We will tell you in the app about important changes before they apply. If you keep using Keepie after they apply, you accept them; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
